Payment mode selection is done on the payment page of your Shopping cart. The modalities available are:
Payment by Credit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard. We remind you that if you intend to use Visa Electron you must have prior authorization from the card issuing bank.
Payment by Multibanco Reference: this payment method only applies to orders coming from the Portuguese market and the payment must be made from a bank in Portugal or through web banking. The order will be sent as soon as we have the payment confirmation.
Payment must be made within a maximum period of five (5) days. If payment is not received within that time, the order will be automatically canceled.
All orders are placed in Euro (€), with payment being processed in that currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by your Bank and not by SOFTWALK .
Information on future product availability can not be provided. The availability to consider at the time of purchase is displayed on the product detail pages. As soon as a color / size is available again, it will be displayed immediately in the online store.
We do not currently have an article booking service in our online store.

The standard delivery expenses will be supported by SOFTWALK for Continental Portugal and Continental Spain, in an average delivery time that can vary between 2 to 5 business days.

You can only check the status of your order if you are registered.
To consult, access your “MY ACCOUNT” Customer area in the “ORDERS” tab.
> What do you mean “Awaiting Confirmation of Payment”?
It means that we wait for payment to be verified in our system. As soon as it is received, the order is changed to the status “In Process”.
> What does “Processing” mean?
It means that the order is being prepared / separated. As soon as the warehouse finishes preparing it, it enters the “Completed” state.
> What does “Done” mean?
It means that the order has already been sent to the address that indicated us.
If the delivery for the order you wish to cancel has not yet been carried out, the order can be canceled. For this purpose you should contact our Customer Service.
If the shipping process has already started, you will have to proceed according to our return policy (for more information see the menu Exchanges and Returns).
If you are a registered customer you can check the status of your order in the menu MY ACCOUNT, option “ORDERS”.
The website www.softwalk.pt guarantees the highest level of security for each purchase. Data collection is done through the most technologically advanced coding systems (SSL).
For payments with Visa and MasterCard only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted. After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, a connection is made with the issuing bank to allow the customer to make the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authentication, the card is charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Card Verification Value (CVV or CVC) or Card Identification Code (CID) is a security guarantee for credit or debit transactions, giving greater protection against credit card fraud. The number is generated when the card is issued, encrypting the card number and the expiration date, turning them into a key known only to the issuing bank. Providing this code in a transaction is intended to verify that the customer is in physical possession of the card.

All items available in the online store are available in our warehouses as they are presented. Information about the color (s) and availability displayed in the Softwalk online store is constantly updated, which ensures that, subject to a momentary problem, availability information is correct. The probability of stock breakdown of products for sale in the online store increases the longer the time between placing the product in the basket and the order confirmation. In addition, if several buyers place the same product in the Shopping Cart, breakage may occur and in that case, the priority order for treatment will be the one that was first confirmed.
